It seems that the natural order of arguments to Test::More::is is the reverse of that to Text::Diff:diff. "is" is called as "is ($got, $expected, $test_name);". For the diff, we want "diff(\$expected, \$got);": i.e., what change is made to the expected result to get the obtained result. I've commited a change to make this swap.
