I just installed the 'DocBook-4.5 SGML DTD package' as instructions of
Linux From Scratch page
<https://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/systemd/pst/docbook-4.5-dtd.html>.

I ran the SGML format test again after installation. Log is at

As far as I can tell, everything seems to be working for now.
