Hello,

On metadata, there is a situation where we generate metadata that
is not changeable by the user. It is for EPUB, for two mandatory
metadata, associated to Dublin Core Metadata Initiative terms, namely:
* the unique identifier, set to "texinfo:<manual_name>"
* the last modification date, set to the current date

There could be a discussion to have about the manual_name being a good
basis for a unique name.

But the discussion I would like to have now is whether it is ok to
have no way for the user to decide what to use for these values. And if
we want to allow the user to set one, should there be an @-command, in
view of having other output formats that could use this information, or
customization variables.

Any idea/advice?
