Hello,
The "The @code{@@top} Sectioning Command" node is within the "Nodes"
chapter. I suggest moving the first half of the section to the
"Chapter Structuring" chapter, before the "@code{@@part}" node.
To me, the presence of the description of @top inside of the Nodes
chapter is unexpected. It could have been relevant when the "Nodes"
chapter was first, but now that "Chapter Structuring" is first it would
be better for the section to appear before.
The remaining of the seciton, which is about wrapping the Top node in
@ifnottex could then be merged with the preceding node, which is about
the Top node.
Any objection?
