Hi, GNU People. I am currently developing a program that serves a useful purpose, and that I have found nowhere. It takes a text file, and counts every different word, giving a statistical output of the frequence of these words. Obviously, I'm going to expand its functionalities so that the computations and the output fits the user's needs. Do you think this program could be added (well, maybe this sounds like a heresy...) to the textutils package? If not, do you think it could become a GNU package?
