That version looks to be so old that probably no one will remember if
there are bugs specifically in that version or not. The textutils 1.3
predates the textutils 2.0 series. The textutil 2.0 series have been
replaced by the coreutils 4.5 series. (Although textutils 2.0.11 or
some such would probably fine for things like comm.) Since you are
using Cygwin, something we don't know much about over here, I can only
refer you to the Cygwin folks who are the experts there.
