[Bug-wget] wget zombies https (GnuWin32 wget 1.11.4.3287 )

Hi all, 

Found GnuWin32 wget 1.11.4.3287 is leaving zombie wget processes on a Win 2003 
server when invoked with an https url, but only via a j2ee coldfusion cfexecute 
call. Doesn't do this from the command line. uber-wierd.
