Yes, and it's automatic—no options required. However, this feature is only available in the very latest release, Wget 1.12 (dropped just last month). It's in Debian testing (last I saw? Might be in unstable now); I'm not aware of any other distros it might be in yet (but you can of course build from our released sources). The host-following rules are exactly the same as they are for normal HTML links; you'll need to specify -H, and there's no way to differentiate host-spanning policies for embedded links versus "external" links. - -- Micah J.
