[Bug-wget] Should "-c" work with "-i"?

Hello.

I put a list of http URL in a file and then launch a serial wgetting 
with the "-i" option, along with a "-c" option as well. But each time I 
stop the process and start it again wget starts everything really from 
scratch, I mean just from the first item in the list, and also when part 
or everything of it has already been downloaded. Is it normal? Might it 
have some connection with the option --content-disposition I also used?
