From: "William Tracy" <[email protected]> | First make sure that Sharepoint is configured to serve files via http or | https, and test that you can access them from a web browser.
| I am not at all familiar with the evil that is Sharepoint, but Google pulled | up this article: | http://www.sharepointassist.com/2009/02/01/sharepoint-and-ssl-configuring-https-for- | sharepoint-on-windows-server-2008-iis7/ | If you can access the files in Firefox but still can't get them via wget, | *then* the people here might be able to help. There is even a better way. Either via HTTP or HTTPS SharePoint conforms to WebDAV. Thus it is easy to map a driver letter to SharePoint and just copy a file or files to or from a drive letter. Albeit, you can't map a drive letter to HTTPS under Windows XP but you can under Vista and above via a special WebDAV UNC naming convention.
