[Bug-wget] Error compiling the latest wget source code

Hi,
    I am facing a bit of trouble compiling the sources of wget that i just
downloaded from the bazaar repo. I execute the make command and it gives an
error at the following step:

cat css.c >> css_.c
cat: css.c: No such file or directory

Please help.
