[Bug-wget] ./bootstrap not working

Hi,

I checked out the git repo of wget and tried building it. However, when I
run ./bootstrap, I get the following error three times.

sed: -e expression #1, char 7: unknown option to 's'.

I'm on ubuntu 12.04.
