I send my answer only to Steven and not to all; sorry for that. <my answer to steven> Am 18.09.2012 06:36, schrieb Steven M. It is the latest binary version for windows: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/wget.htm The testclient is a Windows 7 machine. Within Ubuntu I have the version 1.13.4. >> wget --dont-remove-listing -r -l1 ftp://192.168.154.9/ > > Adding "-d" to that command might provide some interesting > info. 192.168.154.9 is not a server which anyone else can > reach, which makes exploration difficult. > "--dont-remove-listing" might be helpful if my psychic powers > were strong enough that I could see the listing file, but > they're not. > > If you want someone else to investigate this problem, then you > may need to provide some information about the listing, or > else access to a server which exhibits the problem. But I'd > start with a newer version of wget. I changed the testing environment and now it works. First I deinstalled the whole IIS role of the Windows 2008 R2 server and installed IQWebFTPServer. With this FTP server the recursive download worked fine. Today I deinstalled the IQWebFTPServer and reinstalled the IIS role with FTP and IIS management feature. Now the same command line works fine. The first time I installed the MS FTP Service, I had some problems to get the anonymous account running. There has to be a user anonymous in the domain! Maybe, I made wrong settings within the IIS environment. </my answer to steven> Am 30.09.2012 18:30, schrieb Giuseppe Scrivano: > Николай Меринов <[email protected]> writes: > >> The problem in the parser for winnt listing format.
