[Bug-wget] Wget follows 301/302's to excluded domains

Hi,

Whenever my target domain responds with a redirect (301 or 302) to 
another domain (that is not in the -D directive), wget still downloads
the contents of the new location URL. Wget does not follow links or page 
requisites from that new location. Even when explicitly setting 
--exclude-domains
this behaviour occurs.
Is this a bug, a feature or am I doing something wrong?
