Sure, please take patch, created by format-patch. And, please, take look at another small fix - rejected cookies. Test string :

wget.exe www.google.com --save-cookies cookies.txt
Just inversion of values.

Attached files - first file - fix for only FTP problem and second - fix for both problems. Best regards, Bykov Aleksey
