Ángel, I appreciate the explanation, thanks using the earlier procedure, it seems to work as needed, so far, so good, thanks, guys! the html file processing certainly made an easy job, I was dreaming all kind of greps or what not (that didn't know how to do) now (further off topic) just need to figure out how to kick off script processing on this (virtual domain) Dovecot mail box someone suggested a command line mail client, currently exploring 'getmail', it's retrieving imap OK, just need to fugure out how to kick off script processing thanks again V
