[Bug-wget] 1.16

Hello, I have heard you have a  release 1.16. On my ubuntu box running 
apt-get update and apt-get upgrade followed by a wget -V only reflects 
1.15.  Is 1.16 available yet? If so, could you instruct me on mhow to 
get it?
