I think Wget already does start with a full 15 characters. What we'd
miss immediately is the first character as the marquee starts moving.
Would that be too much of a loss?

I'm not sure if starting the marquee mid-way will be aesthetically the
best idea. Though I wouldn't mind giving it a try to just see how
it'll look.
