Follow-up Comment #1, bug #33967 (project wget): This is no longer reproducible in Wget 1.15. It was fixed with commits 6ef8c69c9d34bbb750ddcd2062e668fb0d941cff and 29305e059ff2095060eef939f653c1b5deecd6d9.
