No. Wget does not currently support SFTP and I know of no one working on that support.
Unlike FTPS which is built on top of the FTP protocol, SFTP runs on a SSH session. For this, there are already very good standalone tools available. I honestly don't see the point of the redundancy in adding full SSH support inside wget. However, if someone were to write a patch, I wouldn't be against its inclusion.
