Follow-up Comment #1, bug #46024 (project wget):
Ideally, servers should not be using the obsolete RFC 2069 Digest
Authentication. However, since all the code to handle such authentication
still exists in Wget *and* our test suite, maybe we can re-enable support for
the old style Digest Authentication headers.
I'll push an amended patch against the latest master in a while.
