I just made a commit to Wget2 to support parsing of UTF-16 encoded HTML pages.
Since the very general nature of the summary, I changed it.
Comments:
-k/--convert-links does not work so far, but that's another issue.
Are there any real life UTF-16 CSS files served (also another issue) ?
