maybe you don't remember my e-mail. I wrote phonetical english in my first mail. It is not an regional dialect. Indeed I believe that the spelling of the english language is not rational. It is thus a waste of time. I rather believe there should be an easy learnable rationally planned language as communication standard. English is a defacto standard because of British and American Imperialism and Economic Power, not because of its usefulness. Therefore, how should a change come, if not by practice?
