maybe you don't remember my e-mail. I wrote phonetical english in my
first mail. It is not an regional dialect. Indeed I believe that the
spelling of the english language is not rational. It is thus a waste of
time. I rather believe there should be an easy learnable rationally
planned language as communication standard. English is a defacto
standard because of British and American Imperialism and Economic Power,
not because of its usefulness. Therefore, how should a change come, if
not by practice? And I only did it once.
