[Bug-wget] UNABLE TO ESTABLISH SSL CONNECTION

Hey Wget org..i need your help I installed Wget on Windows 10 but
unfortunately it's failing to work for me it shows me "unable to establish
SSL connection" whenever i try to download a website.. Thank you
