Wget2 built ok on DragonFly

Hi Everyone/Tim,

Wget2 built ok on DragonFly. The triplet is x86_64-unknown-dragonfly5.6.

I can't seem to figure out how to install HTTP::Daemon and
HTTP::Request on DragonFly, so the self tests did not run. Sorry about
that.
