CIDR/VLSM in no_proxy variable

   Hello!

   I've tried searching the archive but didn't find any recent discussions
   about ability to recognize subnet masks in variable "no_proxy" for
   avoiding passing traffic through proxy servers.

   May I know if anything is planned in this area at all?
