Dear all--I upgraded from 4.6.2 to find that xboard-4.7.2 no longer recognizes the X option -name. The command
# xboard -name resource_name gives "xboard: Unrecognized argument -name". Note that the documentation says: "4.6 User interface options -display -geometry -iconic -name These and most other standard Xt options are accepted."
