Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. Xboard has 3 pages [1-3] with the translation list
below the navigation bar. I propose to upgrade them to the latest
boilerplate [4]. This would give the opportunity to do a few more
adjustments, as follows:

- In [1], make the images more responsive by using a floating div layout.

- In [2], use a normal paragraph to list the authors (more semantically
correct) and give it a special class; for the table of contents, use an
ordered list with the "summary" class (defined in layout.css).

- In [2] and [3], replace h1/h2/h3 with h2/h3/h4, as in the rest of
gnu.org. Thus the section headers (h3) wouldn't add more color to a page
[2] that already has plenty. Capitalize the section headings to make
them more visible, and slightly increase the size of h4.

- Finish up the conversion to XHTML.

A diff is attached. If you agree with the proposed changes but don't
have time to commit them to CVS, I will gladly do it, with any further
modifications you specify.

Best regards,
Therese
