Update of bug #48600 (project xboard): Status: None => Invalid Open/Closed: Open => Closed
_______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #1: xboard is graphical chessboard that can serve as a user interface front end to various things including chess engines and chess servers. Generally you have to provide command line options to tell it what back end you want to use with it, although it is possible to configure it to do something by default when giving no command line options. Please see the documentation, available from http://www.gnu.org/software/xboard/. I don't know what appcafe is, but evidently it didn't pre-configure xboard in a way that makes it do something when you don't give any command line options. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?48600> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
