DMA+blitter queued to perform the pixmap copy

This patch lets the glamo-fb.c expose an ioctl to do pixmap copy from system
ram to video ram using DMA. The pixmap data is first DMAed to an offscreen
buffer in video ram then the 2D blitter is used to blit that at the actual
visible location on the screen. There is also an ioctl exposed to initialise
the glamo command processor.

uses the DMA/blitter enabled kernel to perform system to video ram pixmap
copies

This patch makes Xglamo use the kernel to for pixmap migration to video ram,
using DMA.
To make Xglamo use this DMA thing, you need to "export USE_DMA=1", otherwise, a
plain memcpy will be used for pixmap migration.
To use this patch, you need a kernel patched with
http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=535&action=view
.

tqr.gz of the OE package source to compile the test-glamo-dma userspace program

This package compiles a program named test-glamo-dma.

It lets you blit pixmaps to the screen to test the DMA based pixmap copying
feature of Xglamo/kernel.

To use it, you need to start the Xglamo server first, so that the command
processor is initialised.

Then you can do test-glamo-dma --do-mosaic 16x16, for instance, to blit a lot
of small pixmaps of size 16x16 onto the screen, drawing a mosaic. The pixmaps
would be blitted using DMA.
