kernel : 20080621-asu.stable-uImage.bin
rootfs : 20080704-asu.stable-rootfs.jff
clock at illume bar works well after set time. but time format (12 hour)
still does not work.
ex ) set format to 12 hour . if time is 14:20 , it has to show 2:20.
but our device still show 14:20.

Okay. Putting it back to in_testing. The initial bug report is that the
time does not get updated to the newly set time. If it does get updated
(even after a quite long delay) then close this bug. If you think the
delay is too big then file another bug report for that. If you think that
the 12/24 day setting should be "shared" between e/illume and Qtopia then
please file even another one.
Rule of thumb: One issue, one bug.

This bug is similar to #1460. The most easy fix is to elide the text (add
...). So the proposed solution of having scrollable text is not
implemented. So I will put this into testing and #1460 is unchanged.
