I estimate about half of the contacts on my SIM are not being displayed in
the Contacts app. Those that are displayed are alphabetical covering most
of the alphabet. But there are lots of entries missing.
This may be a limit on how many contacts the app will parse. Somewhere I
got the number 160 as how many contacts it was displaying.
