#1721: [QT-Dialer] Sometimes can not hear anything during connecting the call
------------------------+---------------------------------------------------

Type: defect | Status: new
Priority: highest | Milestone: ASU
Component: Qtopia | Version:
Severity: blocker | Resolution:

Comment(by zecke):
If that is happening the next time. Do not hangup and do the following.
sudo ifconfig usb0 192.168.0.200 up
ssh [EMAIL PROTECTED]
alsactl -f /usr/share/openmoko/scenarios/gsmhandset.state restore
Does this change anything? also does changing to "Speaker out" in Qtopia
change anything? If sound starts to work then we have found a software
issue on the host and can likely fix that.

XorA stated the obvious. When E_VIRTUAL_KEYBOARD_PASSWORD is set
prediction should be turned off... and one could force the keyboard into a
special mode. Only showing one char at a time...

Whenever the screen is locked (screen locker activated), pressing the AUX
button unlocks it immediately.
After that, the power-management menu can never make the lock screen
active again.
Looks like neod can no longer activate the screen locker

Comment(by ssinger):
I built asu.dev from sources with mokomake with what I THOUGHT were up to
date from around Aug 2nd. It produced an jffs2 that for gta02 that did
not have glamo (The first time I ran mokomake I might have had the gta01
setup, but then switched it). The image name had gta02 in it though.
However many other things from that build seemed suspect (including the
old version of glamo). I've since reimaged to images from the buildhost.
Sorry to troubled you.

Okay, worked it out, patch attached. Note that this only fixes the
x-coord input rotation offset problem -- people with application windows
that aren't rotating properly probably want to find a different bug for
that.
