#2143: regression: stable-tracking kernel lacks NAT support (NF_NAT)

 It seems stable-tracking lacks NAT support, needed eg. for using Neo's
 GPRS connection via pand over Bluetooth from the laptop.

 The needed options would be:
 NF_CONNTRACK
 NF_CONNTRACK_IPV4
 NF_NAT
 IP_NF_TARGET_MASQUERADE

 After I enabled building those in menuconfig, I got the earlier
 functionality documented at

http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/Manually_using_Bluetooth#Sharing_existing_Neo.27s_connection
 with the stable-tracking kernel. I'm not sure if something else that used
 to be in 2.6.24 is missing too.

Comment(by TreviƱo):

 Ok, I've fixed is creating a new option in QProfileManager called
 CallVolume. Now the qtopia call slider use this value as default while
 calling.

 I guess that also the OpenEmbedded configuration file for Qtopia
 (PhoneProfile.conf) should include the "CallVolume" option by default not
 to make users call with no voice at all.

 Patches coming...

Comment(by arhuaco):

 I just sent a patch that should make the driver more usable. It should
 alleviate the bad clicks issue.

 kernel/2008-November/006905.html

 This solution seems to work. Please let us know how it goes.

 Test date:28-nov-2008
 Checked with tick about the scrolling behaviour .the scrolling in
 installer should be able to bounce up and down while we scroll as we reach
 the top and bottom of the screen .This is the expected behaviour and
 closing this defect.
