This is a hardware issue, dependent on the hardware revision of GTA02 PCB.
We can't fix this in the field and can only work around it in software,
eg, turning the phone off when battery is low.

FSO nowadays tries to handle this by
* a) [if alive] doing a controlled shutdown when the battery is below 5%
and we're not charging
* b) [if suspended] relying on the BATLOW PMU wakeup event, finding out
that why we woke up, then launching an emergency shutdown.
a) works fine and has been tested in the field. b) needs me having a
battery dummy so I can hook my LAB PSU to the Neo testing this.

works for me. I don't hear a thing on suspend/resume even if I hold
the phone near my ear.
