When the phone is initially powered on, the phone ring's (and vibrates)
correctly upon an incoming call.
When the phone is put into suspend and an incoming call arrives, it wakes
up but the phone does not ring, it only vibrates.

1. Power on and initialize fully
2. While in Paroli, hold the aux button for 2 seconds till the settings
menu appears.
3. Dismiss the settings menu.
4. Have someone call you (I did not pick up in my test)
5. While in Paroli, hold the aux button for 2 seconds or more, the
settings menu does not appear.

If you have installed Navit that would explain it - one of the prereqs it
installs has a bug as explained here:

(look for audio breakage in that page)
