#2363: sometimes pcf chanrges battery with 1000mA while connected to usb

--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 For relatively short (tens of seconds or so) periods of time, kernel
 successfully draws 1000mA from usb bus. according to measurements with
 multimeter charge current is >500mA.

 Sign of this event is
 [    6.500000] pcf50633 0-0073: usb curlim to 1000 mA
 [   47.680000] pcf50633 0-0073: usb curlim to 500 mA

 Mean that while booting 1000mA drawn for 41 seconds.

 Similar situation happens on suspend, but this were only visible while i
 added delay to printks for debugging.

 Tested for om-gta02-34 kernel from git. I think similar thing happens with
 other kernels too.

Comment(by lindi):

 On andy-tracking a3587e4ed77974ad

 1) reboot
 2) dmesg|grep -i cur

 prints
 2)
 [21474541.975000] pcf50633 0-0073: usb curlim to 100 mA
 [21474557.790000] pcf50633 0-0073: usb curlim to 500 mA

 so I guess the problem was introduced after that commit?

Comment(by gena2x):

 Git is not linear system, so term 'after' may not be applied to different
 branched. Also, this problem may be triggered with different things, like
 kernel config.

 I think i saw this also for andy-tracking optimized for speed.
