Since I have kernel 2.6.32 in SHR, I cannot use the micro sd card reliable
anymore.
When I force intensive I/O (e.g. by downloading map tiles with
foxtrotgps), it hangs, although I could not catch any error on dmesg.
This issue has been reported on SHR as well, but has been marked
'upstream' over there, see:

Comment(by psonek):
I am using 2.6.34 kernel for a weeks in qtmoko and i havent hit the
problem yet. If you would like to experiment, you can download qtmoko here
[1] and use it's kernel+modules with SHR. Kernel is in /boot after
extracting and modules are in /lib/modules. You might need to fix sysfs
path that powers on modem, because it has changed since 2.6.32.
{{{
find /sys | grep power_on
}}}
will tell you the right path.
SHR uses KMS for glamo, so it will help to identify if the problem is
there.
