<sys/signal.h>: Use __POSIX_VISIBLE, __XSI_VISIBLE and __BSD_VISIBLE.
puts the definition of stack_t inside an #if ... #endif and then
unconditionally includes sys/ucontext.h. But ucontext.h defines a struct that
uses stack_t.
This can be observed building either dports or pkgsrc png.
