Why would you expect the default value for ScriptSock to be based on the value for DocumentRoot. Do you mean ServerRoot? Please be more specific about exactly what configuration you are using, what you expect to happen, and what is actually happening. Regarding ScriptAlias, the documentation implies that there is no default in either version. In any case, if you want to follow-up on that, please file a separate bug.
