Broken POST request

About the attachment : 
Packets 62, 63, 65 & 66 are the POST which doesn't work
Packets 141 & 142 are the POST which works

When you compare this packets, you see that the packet including the end of 
header contains the data too when it works whereas the data are in a separate 
packet when it doesn't.

I don't if both are correct according to HTTP standard. Anyone knows ?
If it isn't, it wouldn't be a bug Apache.

Please note that I've changed the assignement of the bug to speed up the 
resolution.

N.B. : I've captured using a direct connection (no proxy) with Analyzer 2.2 for 
Windows (analyzer.polito.it).
