Apache 2.0.40 reboot my XP (nvidia nview)

Programs that run in user space are not supposed to be able to crash the kernel,
unless the kernel has a problem. So, you might not be seeing the reboots, but
the problem is still there (i.e. it was never in Apache in the first place). I
wouldn't stop looking.
