http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=14678 error in combination of SSL, keep-alive and chunked Summary: error in combination of SSL, keep-alive and chunked Product: Apache httpd-2.0 Version: 2.0.43 Platform: PC URL: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=apache-httpd- users&m=103719276230732&w=2 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: Other Component: mod_ssl AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Regarding to the preceding discussion on the mailinglist, now the bugreport. As Rasmus Lerdorf said, the problem occurs only if the response is keep-alive and chunked and the server delivers per https. So my suggestion is, that there somewhere a problem with mod_ssl, keep-alive and/or chunked content. You can see it in my little 'test-suite': HTTP-Version: http://xmail.linux-de.org/test/ HTTPS-Version: https://mail.linux-de.org/test/ The ssl-version produces some very strange output... most of the time this is happening with php. Then you get an header beginning with: ----start---- 0 HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Mon, 11 Nov 2002 11:31:32 GMT Server: Apache/2.0.43 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.43 OpenSSL/0.9.6g ----snip----- and some random characters in the document. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
