Using solution with "ReadmeName XYZ" and "IndexOptions +SuppressHTMLPreamble"
does not solve the problem for me. I would have to place the XYZ to every
directory I need to style apply to and I lost the auto-generated header with
directory name.

I would not call it more flexible ...
