big COM+ exceptions appearing in event log

I see a lot of these in my event log, after about 2 days it gets to the stage 
where the event log is full and apache dies and requires a machine reboot.

It's on a Windows 2000 SP3 machine running Apache 1.3.7 with PHP4.3.1 
installed.

i'm not sure what sparks it off, they just seem to "appear" now and then, I 
cannot replicate a particular page which causes it either.
