You're right, the mod_ssl Bug DB seems to be down, but the problem is another:
the info regarding mod_ssl support simply isn't valid anymore since mod_ssl is
now fully integrated into Apache and not only a 3P module as it was with 1.3.

I'll change this bug to LATER 'cause this will be fixed by a major rewrite of
the ssl docs.
