The included patch makes mod_autoindex's output valid xhtml 1.1 and gives some
support for CSS stylesheets while using HTMLTable output. To be more specific,
it puts class="sortby" to appropriate table cells and formats the resulting HTML
a bit. (The inner beauty? :)
