SSLMutex file: with nonexistant directory in path segmentation fault

There is a bug in the cleanup logic in the APR mutex routines for fcntl and
flock - it tries to close the file even if the file couldn't be opened.

With that fixed, you'll see something like this in the Apache log for a
misconfiguration like yours:

[error] (2)No such file or directory: Cannot create SSLMutex file 
`/tmp/a/b/c.54359'

Changing to product APR now, fix coming shortly.
