Using mod_ext_filter with mod_proxy and http/1.1 causes bogus output

Reporter or someone could you edit summary?

I can't test 2.0.40 because Apache itself crashes with my ISAPI
extension cached in it.
Those headers appear at HTTP/1.1 requests randomly, rather than
seen in all 1.1 requests. It looks OK first, then reloading several
times you'll see chunked encoding headers added to the same page
that had no problem before. None of HTTP/1.0 requests get them.
The same ISAPI runs fine in other WWW servers.
I'm not sure if there's any mod_isapi specific problem or not.
