I just wish to give everyone the solution to my Problem.

In my httpd.conf, I had a TransferLog statement that I guess was forcing
all the data to be written to the Log.

When I removed it and re-cycled Apache, The CoustomLog statements are now
working perfectly, just the way I expected them to.

Thank you everyone who may have looked into this problem of mine.

I will now Close the Problem.

Frank
